Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once processed, orders are prepared for shipment and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time  
Delivery times are 14–16 business days depending on the destination. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, carrier issues, or high demand periods.

Tracking Information  
All orders include a tracking number, which is provided once the order has been shipped.  
Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately. In many cases, tracking will only begin updating once the package reaches the destination country, which typically takes 10–12 business days. This is normal for international shipments.

Delays  
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that shipping delays or limited tracking updates may occur. Orders that are still within the stated delivery timeframe are not considered lost or delayed.

Incorrect Claims / Chargebacks  
Filing a chargeback or dispute before the end of the stated delivery timeframe (14–16 business days) is considered a violation of our store policy. Customers are expected to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.

Non-Delivery Claims  
If a package has not arrived after the full delivery window has passed, customers must contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. Claims made before this period will not be accepted.

By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to this shipping policy and understands the delivery timeframes and conditions outlined above.
